We understand that Pacific families can struggle to access Health & Disability Services including Mental Health and Disability Support Services.

We know that Pacific families will do their very best to support their families and loved ones, often only reaching a “crisis situation” before support is sought or received.

The Pacific Family Partnership Foundation aims to promote Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for all of our clients, and to advocate for them with the services they access to support themselves or their loved ones.

Our Service aims to provide:

• Advocacy Service

• Systems navigation supports when accessing health and disability services and/or other complimentary services

• Work in collaboration with all stakeholders, partners and service providers to enhance and strengthen services for all Pacific people with health, learning or social needs, and their families, carers and communities.
